Update: Everything has been sold. See you back next week with a new deal or two!

So here we are with our first Wednesday Deal in partnership with MobiCity. We thought we’d start off with 3 phones today in hopes that there’s something to please the majority of readers after a new device. Hit the break to check what we’ve got on sale today.

Note: There are five of each device available, so get in before they’re gone. Prices don’t include delivery.

Google Nexus One

The original Nexus One is here to kick us off, and it’s available for $299.

Buy the Google Nexus One for $299 Sold out.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Play

A little something for the mobile gamers now, with the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play available for $399. Even I’m tempted to jump on board with the Play, I loved it when I had a play a few months back.

Samsung Galaxy S II

Now for our high-end device for the hardcore power lovers, the Sansung Galaxy S II. I already own one of these and it is as good as it gets (along with the Sensation) when it comes to Android. Quadband so it will work on all Aussie networks and its beautiful 4.3-inch Super AMOLED + display.

Buy the Samsung Galaxy S II now for $699 (comes with 4GB MicroSD) Sold out.

Was expecting more of a discount. Can get SGSII from the UK for $625ish including p&h.

Delivery is $50 on shopping square!

Even with $50 shipping, it’s still less than $699 that mobicity is offering. And who knows, mobicity might still be selling overseas stock. We don’t know if it’s the UK phone or the Australian model.

Cheapest I’ve seen is on ebay for $650 including shipping.

    shoppingsquare.com.au has them cheaper: http://www.shoppingsquare.com.au/product.php?id=85988

And if you don’t like that, then ebay has them for $650 with free shipping too.

And 4gb micro sd cards are cheap as chips these days. Shouldn’t set you back more than $8 or so.

I ordered the SE Play (White). With the $15 discount and no shipping for picking it up from a local office its a great deal.
    Nicely done Ausdroid/Mobicity

I agree with GrKTcB- I would go the Galaxy in an instant if I had the money. If the Arc comes on for a price similar to thy of the Play, I’ll be buying one.
    Great deals guys, well done!!!

These specials are awesome! I have no doubt something will appeal to me and I’ll take advantage of the offer eventually 😉 The Nexus One and Play aren’t my cup of tea and the Galaxy II is a little out of my price range but I’m sure something will catch my eye next time.

    Cheers

Surprised that the Play is a lot cheaper than the Xperia Neo, when the Play is supposed to be a way more expensive device… How about next week we get a cheap Neo?? (Please) 🙂

The Xperia Play is a good bargain considering that it will cost $421 (not including delivery) from Handtec.
