Just a gentle reminder folks – if you want to write for Ausdroid, then you’ll need to fill out an application by tomorrow night! From Monday we’ll be considering the applications we’ve received, and contacting people we’d like to invite to the next stage of the process (maybe a quick phone or email interview, depending on time).

Would have loved to apply, I think I’d have the necessary experience and insight, but I work full time already which leaves me to think I wouldn’t be able to meet the demands of ~5 articles and the odd podcast…
A shame, I’m a big android fan (in since the G1 🙂 )and been following Ausdroid for some time…

Hi guys, Will you still accept contributions articles from your readers? Not that I’m a writer but it might be a way to go to encourage people to write for this website without the obligation of a “full time” writer if you know what I mean? So if some people enjoy the experiences of a contributor, they might go on being a regular and if there is another opening, then your editorial team will have a wealth of experienced candidates to choose from. It’s not a bad idea, and although we may take on one or two writers from this exercise, we may invite some of the other ‘top applicants’ to contribute from time to time also 🙂
