The Sony Mobile Twitter feed has released a teaser for a new phone tweeting with the hashtag #BestOfSony. Now, with very few products on the horizon, the most obvious candidate is the oft rumoured Sony Honami or Z1 as it could possibly be announced as.
It’s the smartphone everyone’s been talking about… not long now #bestofSony pic.twitter.com/y3Zo3RlV7c

There’s not much to the tweet and the photo merely shows a dedicated photo button nested next to what could be either a volume rocker or power button, depending on the button placement on the phone when it’s eventually announced.
Widely tipped to debut at the September 4th pre-IFA press conference that will take place around midnight our time, the Honami could be the very best of what Sony has to offer, with a rumour of 4K video capture floating around.
With a spec list that’s rumoured to include a 5″ 1080P display, 2.2GHz Snapdragon 800 CPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB Storage and 20MP Camera powered by a 3000mAh battery, the Honami will be a real powerhouse, we await further developments with interest.
Sony is getting boring, released so many models with the same design. This would only bore ppl quicker before consumers start to look somewhere else

All of the recent Sony’s have the same power button configuration so nothing new there.
“dedicated photo button nested next to what could be either a volume rocker or power button”
Really?
Yep, fair call, even I when I re-read that one.
