Well, the Dual Camera setup on the All New HTC One has been detailed in a leaked Telstra brochure that’s been sent to GSMArena, confirming that the All New HTC One will be launching on that carrier to start with.
The brochure spells out the usage in fairly decent detail, making the functions sound very much like the re-focus option on the Lumia range of cameras :

Create vivid images even in low light and professionally edit memories after you’ve taken the shot. Choose where to focus, highlight what you love, soften backgrounds and add 3D effects.
Also cribbed from the Lumia line will be the double tap to wake function to wake the phone.
Also confirmed is the 5″ Full HD(1920×1080) screen which will be ‘Scratch resistant’. It will be available on the $70 per month Mobile Accelerate plan with a $12 per month handset repayment. Or if you want it outright you’re looking at $840.
