Android 4.4.3 is far from officially announced, but it seems that it might as well be. Google has leaked the upcoming release (and suggested it’s coming very very soon) in its update to Google Edu Device Setup, an app directly from Google that administrators can use to set up tablets for Google Apps for Education.
We already know it’s coming; even at Ausdroid we’ve seen Android 4.4.3 devices hitting our server logs, and not just the kind from kids fiddling with their build.prop either; these appear to be the real deal.
Going from previous timeframes — the time from we’ve first seen leaks, to server logs, to release — we’re probably looking at a week or two, no more. Here’s hoping.
