Hello HTC Desire 820 – Qualcomm Octo-Core 64-bit processor

HTC have come to the party with a new smartphone to join the ever growing phablet market.

I personally love big phones, I currently own a LG G2 Pro and have a OnePlus One on the way that I don’t really need, but I couldn’t help myself.

Anyway back to the Desire 820: we’re looking at 5.5-inch 720P display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615, Octo Core processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB onboard storage with a MicroSD card expansion slot up to 128GB.

It has a 8MP front facing camera with 13MP rear camera with BSI sensor f/2.2 28mm lens and 1080P video recording. It also has 4G LTE built in and has dual nano SIM and a 2600mAh battery.

• The vivid, 5.5″ high definition display will put a big smile on your face as it puts big-screen entertainment front and center.

The HTC Desire 820 also supports HTC’s Dot View case providing instant access to your phone without opening the cover. The phone will come equipped with HTC Sense with HTC Blinkfeed over the top of Android KitKat 4.4 (I think).
