The Nexus 9 is beginning to break out everywhere, first off this week dropping by the FCC, before appearing in the flesh as it were last night when @upleaks showed the above picture of the tablet. The Nexus 9 has been confirmed by name by the National Communications Commission in Taiwan as it vied for certification from the governing body.
The tablet, which again shows HTC as the manufacturer, also shows the 0P82100 which was seen on Sunday in the FCC filings and has been associated with the device since earlier this year.
As you can see the rest of the details are in Chinese, but if you’re fluent let us know the content of the rest of the details.
With the tablet appearing in Taiwan, it appears that there will be fairly wide distribution for the tablet, hopefully launching here in Australia at the same time as the rest of the world. Unfortunately we have no regulatory body we can search for details of certification (they are certified, we just can’t search the database), but we’ll find out soon enough.
All we need is the release date and price….
My Asus TF300 is long in the tooth. Time for an upgrade. What are the chances of the Nexus X, Nexus 9 and Moto 360 hitting the Play Store at the same time? Cha-ching!
