OzBargain is pointing to another great deal today – the Xiaomi Mi Band fitness tracker, delivered for just under AU$20.
The once little-known Chinese manufacturer’s profile increased greatly in 2013 when they picked up Hugo Barra from Google, and since then their market share, profile and product quality has seen a stratospheric rise.
Xiaomi’s Bluetooth connected band handles fitness tracking, sleep tracking, call/message and email notification device. Normally it’ll cost you just shy of AU$50 to get your hands on it, so this is quite the bargain if you’ve got $20 to burn right now.

just thought i’d leave some feedback here for anyone stumbling across this page in the future. i bought one for $20, took 3 weeks to come which is pretty good considering they said allow a month. plugged it in to charge, connected it to an app. everything working really well. Less than 12 hours later: dead. won’t charge, won’t see the phone, no lights on it. what can you expect for $20 i guess?
I bought it in China just $10 about.
Ahh. I’m a sucker. I bought one.
Twenty bucks. It it’s crap, no big loss.
I don’t know what your expectations are but I bought one last month and I’ve been very happy
How’s the App for it? Plenty of whinging in its reviews.
I’ll just leave this here…

nice, only bummr is i’ll lose all my data so far but i guess its no use for anything. also toast, if you want to start fitness tracking this is a great way to do it without stumping up a lot of cash
Well that was the plan. $20 is a better failed experiment than $120.
as far as i am concerned the only problem with it is that some parts are still in chinese but they are not that imprtant and i have no trouble using it everyday. other than that it’s actually very very slick
