After a long, drawn out and very public break-up, OnePlus announced they would be developing their own Android based OS for the OnePlus One. Called OxygenOS, OnePlus advised we’d see more of the ROM on February 12th, but a good leak is always on the cards where popular manufacturers are concerned and some screenshots of the OS has leaked ahead of schedule.
The leaked screenshots show a colourfully, flat design, in keeping with the overall look of Lollipop and it’s Material Design sensibilities, but with their own touches. The screenshots show what appears to be the app drawer with apps sorted by type – but as it’s early days, who knows.
We’ll see more of OxygenOS on the 12th of February when they officially launch it. For more screenshots check out the source.
Where did you get the idea that OxygenOS would be officially launched on the 12th? All I’d heard was that OnePlus would be making more information available on that day.
