In the early hours of this morning, LG finally unveiled the G4. The phone is now in the hands of the illustrious Chris, who has from all accounts fallen deeply in love with the luxurious leather rear of the phone, as well as the camera. The phone is obviously about to enter the marketplace – when exactly isn’t yet known – where it will compete with other 2015 flagships from HTC and Samsung. So, it comes down to Specs, at least to start with, at least until we’ve finished reviews on all the handsets. So, to make it easy for you, we’ve laid out the specs on all three(four with the Edge) for you to compare in this easy to read chart.

S6 not supporting video output surely not
Surprisingly, it seems to be the case.
the phone is already old the market provide better device
Not sure if this is spam or supposed to be a genuine comment?
If it’s genuine, then I suggest you think before you speak, especially if you are representing a company – especially your own.
Sadly, pricing for the G4 won’t be known until LG’s ready to announce it for local launch.
Yes i think 3 time before write that why i put the company name Peter.
Does G4 support quick charging?
It does. The Qualcomm 808 chipset supports it.
There was already a thread raised in xda which states the is no quick charge 2.0
https://www.qualcomm.com/products/snapdragon/processors/808 – Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 technology, up to 3A out, supports Parallel Charging – the Chipset supports it, so if there is nothing in the LG hardware to STOP it, it will support it.
I was able to make my nexus 5 do quick change using ElementalX a year back by rooting, but the question is will i be able to do without rooting on G4 as many people are worried about rooting due to warranty issues? Hope you get my point 🙂
Phonearena review just confirmed that there is NO fast charging in G4, So i shall STOP 🙂
Question: why do you say that G4 only has a single LED flash on the rear?
Looking at the photos, it looks to have a similar 2 LED dual colour flash like the G3.
Because it does. The thing under the LED flash is a “colour spectrum sensor” for a more accurate white balance and colour reproduction.
Cheers
