The big news of the day is of course the launch of the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 Edge+ in New York overnight. To keep the launch fresh in your mind, Samsung is wanting to make sure you didn’t miss any details and as a bonus they’re offering the chance to win a Galaxy S6 Edge+ when it launches.
Samsung Australia has launched a micro-site introducing all the features of both handsets: the stunning display, fingerprint security, wireless charging, great cameras – and of course, if you missed the launch itself, you can watch the entire Galaxy Unpacked event, which takes you through all the features on both phones, embedded in a video on the site (or below).
Right at the bottom of their micro-site you can enter the competition to win an S6 Edge+ handset. The comp asks you to answer a question – What do you think the next big thing in tech will be? – in 25 words or less. The comp runs until the 30th of August, so if you want a chance to win one of these handsets head on over.
Want a chance to win the new Galaxy S6 edge+?
Samsung Australia have already advised that unlike Europe, which will not be getting the Galaxy Note 5, Australia will see both handsets launch and we’ve had confirmation today that they will be available from all four Australian mobile providers – we’ve received word that there will be a press briefing next week where we expect to see more details on the availability and pricing of the phone, so stay tuned for more.
Looking forward to the Note 5 but wondering which service provider will have these phones first. Hopefully Telstra & that they offer a competitive price compared to Vodafone
I just want an S6 Active
Do we know the marketing reason for why Europe won’t be getting the Note 5?
