PushBullet - SMS-MMS
One of the killer Pushbullet features has always been the ability to send SMS from your PC, but from today Pushbullet has added picture messaging (MMS) to the mix.

The system uses your MMS functionality of your phone so anyone on the receiving end of your clever picture message reply will be none the wiser. The MMS feature has been added to the Windows client as well as the Chrome extension with a simple drag and drop onto the messaging window all that’s required – alternatively you can also click the paperclip button to add a picture. There is a requirement that your phone is running Android 5.0 Lollipop but that’s about it.

Pushbullet has also announced that they’re working to improve their SMS reliability. Previously if network issues were in play when you sent your text, the message failed to send. Pushbullet has introduced a new queueing system that will guarantee the message will be sent once those network issues are resolved. You have access to the queue to check progress and you can cancel a message if you wish as well.

The update is available now, so make sure your Windows App, Chrome Extension or Android app is up to date and start trialling the new MMS function today.
