Huawei are kicking goals in recent years and 2018 looks to be no different with their first flagship looking very enticing. With it set to be announced in Paris on the 27th of this month the details on it continue to leak.
This morning Winfuture leaked a vast number of official renders of the P20 variants in various colours. Along with the colours they have also provided some details on the P20 phones.
The batteries between the P20 and P20 Pro will differ with the P20 receiving a 3400mAk battery and the P20 Pro a 4000mAh battery. Both phones will have laser autofocus and an infra-red colour temperature sensor. Apparently all variants will have dual front-facing cameras (16MP and 24MP) along with fast face unlocking: how secure this face unlock will be is as yet unknown.
The phones will have a 19:9 aspect ratio display with a FHD resolution. As per the Mate 10, the Pro version will have an OLED display and the standard P20 an LCD display.
Both the P20 and the Pro will house the Kirin 970 processor which is no surprise given that it is still young and they have barely scratched the surface of what the AI chip onboard can/could do. There will NOT be a microSD slot on the P20 or the P20 Pro anymore but will be dual sim.
If you like what you see and want more head over to Winfuture for ALL the renders.
The Huawei P20 phones are shaping up to be not just powerhouses but great looking phones. Huawei have always said that the P series is their fashion series and we can see this year is no different.

The notch – Ugly, repulsive, abominable.
True, I’ve just got back from the UK where I bought a Huawei Y6, no notch. I bought it for the equivalent of $ 130 with $20 credit. It does all I want in a phone, for a pittance. Huawei certainly make good phones.
The lost art of originality.
