This could be our first look at the Pixel 3 XL in the wild

We’re well into Pixel leak season, and the leaks are beginning to flow thick and fast. This time a phone that’s supposedly the Pixel 3 XL has shown up on a post on XDA-Forums showing the front with that now infamous notch, and the rear.

The pictures of the phone on XDA-Developers show a dual front-facing camera setup and notch at the top of the screen. Also shown is the chin which lines up with the previously leaked screen protectors for the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL last month.

Also shown is the rear of the phone, which shows that Google won’t be straying too far from the design first seen on the Pixel 2 XL last year, with a single rear camera sensor with what’s likely a laser depth sensor and LED flash right next to it.

Of course there’s also a fingerprint sensor on the rear, located beneath the smooth glass panel as it was on the Pixel 2 XL.

The rear of the phone seems a little more interesting than previous models however with what appears to be a fully glass rear featuring two-tone glass with a more matte finish at the bottom and the usual clean glass panel at the top. There doesn’t appear to be a seam between the two making it look to be one piece. The inclusion of a fully glass back would of course allow for the return of wireless charging, something a few people would be happy about.

This looks pretty legit, and if this is in the wild you can believe there’s going to be some more shots of both the Pixel 3 XL, and hopefully the smaller Pixel 3 showing up soon.
