The Huawei Nova 4e yesterday passed TENAA certification, revealing some basic details of the upcoming midranger. Today, MySmartPrice has revealed some additional specifications.
Based on their discovery of a specification sheet for the device, the new information covers the display, internals and colours.
First up, the new information matches what we saw yesterday about the display – it’s a 6.15-inch FHD+ screen. Today’s information adds the fact that it’s a TFT LCD screen to the mix – nothing earth-shattering.
What is new today is the details of the processor – a Kirin 710, an octa-core processor that debuted late 2018 and was already spotted in the Huawei Nova 3i. It looks like we’ll see two RAM configurations, 4GB or 6GB, both paired with 128GB storage.
Different today is the battery specification, listed at 3,250mAh yesterday but today pegged at 3,340mAh. Fast Charging goes along with it though.
Finally, some information about the exterior of the device – it’s listed as coming in three colours: Magic Night, Bird Blue, and Pearl White – and it’ll come in at a svelte 7.4mm thin.
Huawei is launching the Nova 4e next week at an event in China. We’re expecting to see the phone come to Australia in some form over the next few months.
