Samsung Unpacked is scheduled for Thursday next week and we are expected numerous devices to be launched. One of these is a long-awaited updated to their flagship smartwatch, the Galaxy Watch 3. Overnight a short hands on video of the Galaxy Watch 3 has been uploaded to YouTube by TechTalkTV showing it in use.
The watch in the video is the smaller 41mm watch although a bigger 45mm version is also expected to be announced next week. As you can see in the video below the slim bezel rotates one again to allow you to control the user interface.
As for buttons there are buttons once again and although this time they look slimmer than the second generation Galaxy Watch they are still fairly prominent. The watch itself has a very similar design language to previous generations with a stainless steel frame and a leather strap. Inside the Galaxy Watch 3 will be 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage.
Feature-wise we can see is an ECG sensor and blood pressure monitor but it remains to be seen just how accurate they are — something you can be sure we will put to the test should be get our hands on a review unit.
We are just over a week away from the launch of multiple Samsung devices. It will be interesting to see how much they focus on this new smartwatch at next week’s Unpacked event and just how innovative they are with it. They are trying to compete with the Apple Watch of course so you would hope they bring a lot to the table.
To put ecg to the test u will have to go to south Korea just to get a watch that has a active ecg
