TAG Heuer announced the Connected 45 Modular smartwatch in the last couple of weeks, and its fair to say it captured our attention. No, not only because its the most expensive smartwatch we’re likely to see, but also because of what it represents; it actually has everything in it that an Android Wear 2.0 smartwatch should have, but more than that, it does it in a package that looks amazing.
Yes, you have a right to expect that in a watch that retails from $2,100, but it’s still fascinating to see traditional watchmakers getting into smartwatches, and doing an incredibly good job of it. Sure, this won’t be a watch for everyone, but for those who do buy it, they’ll be suitably impressed in a classically designed watch with incredible smart features including Android Pay built-in.
In this video, you can watch Australian boxer and model Lauryn Eagle show off 24 hours in her life with the new watch from TAG Heuer … and there’s a reason we’re sharing this with you. Next week, the fashion-deprived geeks at Ausdroid will have a TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 in the office for review … and you’d better believe we’re excited about it.
If, like us, you’re interested in the options that TAG Heuer has available for this new smartwatch (and you’d best believe there’s a lot of options), the best bet is to take a look at TAG Heuer’s Australian website for the Connected Modular 45.
Still laughably too big.
Damn, it’s a nice looking watch but it’s a pity about the price…..What if we all go in a lotto ticket?
