While residents in the US are able to order the Moto 360 Gen 2 directly from the Google Store or through Motorola via their Moto Maker service, Motorola Australia haven’t yet announced their plans for the 2nd generation Moto 360 in Australia. So, if you’re willing to pay a premium, you can now order the Womens version from Expansys Australia – but never fear, the mens are up for pre-order and should be in stock soon.
The Moto 360 Gen 2 Womens is a smaller device measuring just 42mm in diameter. The case is available in a Rose Gold colouring with a Blush Leather Band. The band too is slimmer than the ‘Mens’ 42mm version with the lugs on the womens version supporting a slim 16mm watch band.
Expansys has the Womens version in stock and is selling them for $514.99, which also comes with free shipping, normally an extra $20 on top. The pricing is slightly elevated from the US price where it sells for $329.99USD (around $456.85AUD) but you’ll also have to factor in shipping forwarding (around $20-40 extra, so all in all, it’s not too terrible a markup.
The Mens version of the watch in 46mm (Silver case with Cognac Leather band) and 42mm (Black case with Black Leather band) are also on the Expansys website, but they are currently only available to pre-order, for A$549.99 exc. and A$459.99 exc. respectively.
If you’re wanting to get a Moto 360 Gen 2 onto your wrist ASAP, this is one of the easier ways to do it. Head over to Expansys Australia to check them out.
