Just after 11pm tonight AEST, the world will get our first full and official view of the Ear(1). After departing OnePlus there was conjecture on what Carl Pei may take on. It didn’t take too long to confirm his pathway with the purchase of Essential and now, running Nothing, developing the Ear(1).
After guesswork, a few leaks and measured information teases by Nothing directly, tonight we’ll finally see what they have to offer. In an interesting move, this will be done in collaboration with YouTube Channel Unbox Therapy where you can watch live:
There are some bold claims about the capabilities of the Ear(1) coming from Nothing. If they deliver on them well, there’s a big chance they could take the fight to well established names in the audio game. We don’t have long left to find out for sure.
