Gotta own ’em all? Dan does, so he’ll wake up shortly and gnash his teeth at the news that a yellow Nexus 5 seems to be coming soon, at least according to the official Android.com website.
If you scroll down far enough to the Nexus 5, you’ll notice the description includes the following curiosity (emphasis is ours):
It’s the most powerful Nexus phone yet — and it comes in black, white, red, and yellow.
It’s hard to say when this particular passage of text was added to the page. We heard rumours of a yellow Nexus 5 alongside the bright red one in January of this year, but only the red option turned up on launch day.
One thing’s for sure, though – if the yellow Nexus 5 is as distinctive as the bright red version, it’s sure to be a head-turner.
