Hot on the heels of the Mate 20 announcement in London, Vodafone has today announced their range of plans for both the Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro.
The plans include the bonus Freebuds wireless earbuds for the Mate 20, but if you want to pre-order the Mate 20 Pro you’ll not only get the Huawei FreeBuds, but a Wireless Charger as well.
Huawei and Vodafone are offering only the Black coloured Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro, with Optus nabbing the Blue coloured models. Vodafone do things a little differently than other carriers in Australia, effectively offering you an interest free purchase of the phone over 12, 24 or 36 months, which you then pair with a Red Plan or Red Plus Plan of your choice with the right amount of data for your needs – Red Plus Plan gives you unlimited data though at 1.5Mbps after you reach your monthly data cap.
Vodafone offers the Mate 20 from $30.52/month + your plan cost over 36 months, or you can purchase it outright for $1,099. The Mate 20 Pro can be had from $44.41/month + your desired plan cost over 36 months or again, you can purchase it outright for $1,599.
There’s bonuses with all the Vodafone Red and Red Plus Plans, with the option to use Red Roaming on their plans which allows you to access your monthly inclusions while overseas for just $5 per day while in over 50 countries. You can also get bonus Qantas Frequent Flyer points when you sign up on selected plans.
