You can smell it in the air when a new Samsung phone is around the corner, because barely a day goes by without new leaks showing off a new angle or new feature. Today’s new leak is Samsung’s Galaxy S10e, which we understand is the real name of the device we had been calling the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite.

The renders show a phone with a flat display, no curved edges (unlike past S9 and S8 generations) as well as a cut-out hole for the front-facing camera. On the back we’ve got a dual-camera setup, and there’s no fingerprint sensor, suggesting that if there’s one at all, it’s in display like the higher-end Galaxy S10 range.

We understand there’ll be three colour options, called Pear White, Prism Black and Prism Green, and the display will be a sensible 5.8-inches.

There’s still a Bixby button, a power button and volume rocker in the usual Samsung locations, and we’re told a 3,100 mAh battery on the inside.

According to WinFuture‘s report, we should see an option of 6GB RAM and 128GB storage for €750. I wouldn’t call that cheap, but it’s certainly well lower than the other pricing we’ve seen for the Galaxy S10 range which could set new records for smartphones.

Rumours swirl, but one thing’s for sure. With a reveal in just over two weeks, it won’t be long until rumour becomes fact.

FYI, finger print scanner is on the right hand side of the phone, not in-screen.

Wish the choice of a flat screen was on all their flagship phones. Have a Note 9 and not keen on the edge
