Lenovo brand, Motorola, has today announced a new smartphone for its G series family that is launching in Australia with the Moto G32.

The Moto G32 that has been designed to take your movies, shows and games to the next level and is available to purchase right now online and through partner retailers in Australia.

Speaking at the launch of the Moto G32, Kurt Bonnici, Head of Motorola for Australia and New Zealand, has stated:

The Moto G32 comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ LCD display (2400 x 1080 @ 405ppi) that offers a 90Hz refresh rate. Powering the device under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 4G processor, 2.4GHz octa-core Kryo 265 CPU and 1115 MHz Adreno 610 GPU.

The Moto G32 comes with 4GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card.

In terms of cameras, the Moto G32 comes with a triple rear camera set up made of 50 MP main camera sensor offering f/1.8, 0.64µm aperture and quad pixel technology, an 8MP depth sensor lens offering f/2.2, 1.12µm aperture and finally a 2MP macro sensor lens offering f/2.4, 1.75µm aperture. The front facing camera is 16MP sensor lens offering f/2.4, 1.0µm aperture and Quad Pixel technology.

The Moto G32 comes with a USB-C port and 3.5mm audio jack, alongside a Fingerprint reader, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 2.4GHz & 5GHz, Wi-Fi hotspot and Bluetooth version 5.2.

Sadly the Moto G32 does not offer 5G connectivity, but merely 4G connectivity which should still do quite well, depending on your telco and reception in your area. The Moto G32 also comes with Dual-SIM capabilities so you can have the one device for say your work sim and the other for your personal SIM card.

The Moto G32 will comes with Android 12 right out of the box and will also include Moto’s TurboPower 30 which will help keep the Moto G32’s 5000mAh battery charged in just minutes according to the company.

The Moto G32 will come in two colours, Satin Silver and Mineral Grey and is available to purchase from the Motorola Australian website, alongside retailers such as JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys, Harvey Norman, Officeworks, Big W, Mobileciti for $299.
