Motorola has launched a new G series device here in Australia, with the Motorola G14 offering premium features. Design and experience at an affordable price.

Speaking at the launch of the Moto G14, Kurt Bonnici, Head of Motorola for Australia and New Zealand has stated:

The Motorola G14 brings with it a 6.5-inch IPS LCD Full HD+ display (2400 x 1080) that is powered under the hood via a Octa-core Unisoc Tiger T616 processor (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) alongside 4GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage which can be expanded to 1TB via MicroSD card.

In terms of cameras, the Moto G14 comes with a rear dual camera setup made up of a 50MP sensor lens and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens. The front-facing selfie camera is an 8MP lens.

Motorola has stated that the Moto G14 will run Android 13 right out of the box and will also come with Motorola’s unique My UX software, which provides access to an incredible range of shortcuts through Gestures designed to make everyday actions easier than ever by turning on the flashlight with a simple chop gesture or launching the camera with a twist of the wrist alongside additional personalisation features as well.

There is also a 5000mAh battery with the Moto G14 supporting 15W TurboPower charging via USB-C alongside Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 2.4GHz + 5GHz, Wi-Fi hotspot, 3.5mm headset jack and Bluetooth version 5.0.

The Motorola G14 can be purchased through the Motorola Australia website, alongside retail partners such as B HiFi, Harvey Norman, Australia Post, The Good Guys, Big W, Bing Lee, Amazon in two colours – Pale Lilac and Steel Gray – for $229.
