After my post about Swiftkey on sale I’ve had a few emails from readers stating that they’ve “had issues” with the performance of the keyboard on various devices. Luckily the developers were aware of this and have released an update which fixes these problems mainly relating to memory management while the keyboard is in use.
While I was not personally suffering these issues, I have noticed improved performance since the update so it’s certainly worth grabbing if you’ve not enabled automatic updates on your play store app.
