Just like last year when Google released their Android Quick Start Guide, Android 4.4 (KitKat) to Google Play Books, Google has just released Android Quick Start Guide, Android 5.0, Lollipop into Google Play Books.
The ebook is free in Google Play Books, and at 62 pages, is not what you’d consider light, but it’s not overly long either. It’s a fairly light-on read which introduces Lollipop and takes users through the very basics of how to login to Android for the first time and perform simple functions such as making phone calls, txt messages and basic navigation. There’s also a more in-depth look into new features such as multi-accounts, Screen Pinning, Samrt Lock and more.
It’s a fairly interesting look at Lollipop, but fairly rudimentary. If you would like an up close, more in-depth look at the upcoming major features in Android 5.0, you can check out our Lollipop Tour features. If you want to check out the new book, head on over to Google Play Books and add it to your library.
