Google has added a number of new street view walks that take you off the main roads and onto the beach in time for summer. The Street View team has taken to various beaches around Sydney and down the south coast, capturing beaches at Bondi, Manly, Bronte and even down to Hyams Beach at Jervis Bay – the beach with the whitest sand in the world according to the Guinness Book of records.
The Street View beach images have been added to the Australian Highlights section of street view which also shows some great photospheres and Street View imagery from other parts of Australia including cities, Art Galleries, National Parks and more.
We’ve got some of the best beaches in the world in Australia – if we do say so ourselves – and now the rest of the world can enjoy them. Have a look at the list and remember they’re there next year when we head into winter.
