Google Calendar has apparently gotten a new feature which will be of use to those of you who participate in Conference Calls, the ability to automatically enter a pin.
The normal process, for those who haven’t taken part in a formal conference call is to dial a number, wait and then enter a pin for a virtual conference room, where a meeting can take place. According to Google this is now obsolete with Calendar now able to do this if you complete the call on your Android device.
The passcode needs to be added into your meeting entry, and you’ll be prompted as to whether you want whether you want the passcode to be used or not:
