Launched on their Alpha and Beta channels some time ago, Twitter has today announced that the long-awaited ‘Night Mode’ is finally rolling out to all Android users.
The update is rolling out in a staggered fashion, with some users reporting the update received but others are still waiting. Twitter announced the update, on their Twitter feed of course, with notable Twitter developer Joaquim Vergès making an appearance in the animated GIF showing off the new feature:

The new feature is described on the Play Store Twitter app entry as:
See your Tweets when the lights go out. Night Mode in Modern Android delivers a dark color palette that’s made for reading in the dark.
If you’ve receive an update this morning, open the Nav Drawer and check to see if you have the Night Mode toggle.
