Amazon has unveiled the next-generation Echo Show 15, a 15.6” Full-HD (1080p) smart display that combines immersive entertainment with smart home functionality. Available now for AU$549.00, the device is designed to seamlessly integrate into kitchens or open living spaces, offering a centralised hub for family organisation, entertainment, and smart home control.

The Echo Show 15 doubles as a smart home management device compatible with Matter, Thread, and Zigbee standards. Users can control lights, plugs, and cameras via Alexa or a smart home dashboard.
For busy households, the customisable widgets display calendars, schedules, weather updates, and to-do lists. The upgraded camera, featuring 3x zoom, auto-framing, and noise reduction, enhances video calls, while the device can transform into a digital photo frame when not in use, allowing family and friends to share curated images.
The new Echo Show 15 integrates Fire TV, providing access to over 250,000 movies and TV episodes from services like Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, and Apple TV. Equipped with Wi-Fi 6E for smoother streaming, it also comes with a remote for easy navigation.
A refreshed audio hub centralises music, podcasts, and radio playback, with the ability to group and play audio across multiple Echo speakers.
In line with Amazon’s commitment to privacy and sustainability, the Echo Show 15 features a manual mic/camera off button, a camera shutter, and the option to delete voice recordings. It is made with 41% recycled materials, and its packaging is 99% wood fibre-based from responsibly managed sources.
