LG wants to make it very clear to prospective buyers, that the LG Optimus 3D is going to kick its competitors butts when it comes to dual core speed. Not only is this bad boy dual core, it’s also dual channel, and if you don’t know what the hell that means, the video available after the break will come in very handy. The Optimus 3D isn’t powered by a Tegra 2 dual core, which seems to be the flavour of the month, it’s powered by a TI OMAP 4430 that has proven to be faster than NVIDIA Tegra 2 and the new Samsung Galaxy S II. Not only is it fast but it will also shoot your videos in 3D and as they say, “If you can’t make a good movie, make it in 3D“. So we’ll see how that works out when we review this bad boy before it hits stores here. Video after the break.

Just call it the Optimus 4D and be done with it.

Looks to be positioning itself as the Dolly Parton of phones.

Does any one know how has LG’s phone been in the past for rooting in terms of open boot loaders and also in terms of LG’s support for newer os?
