Red Bull MOBILE Australia have added a new device to their lineup: the Samsung Galaxy S II. It joins the fairly bare lineup that includes only the HTC Salsa and HTC Explorer, so it’s certainly a high-end device in comparison. You can’t buy the Galaxy S II outright, instead you can get one starting at $619, includes half a years access, or for $735 which includes a whole years access to Red Bull MOBILE. The Galaxy S II launches with Android 2.3 Gingerbread on it, however, we’re sure an update will be available for it shortly.
The $619 option includes Red Bull MOBILE’s Access 180 package worth $199. This includes unlimited calls and texts every day for 180 days, as well as 4.5GB of data each month for 180 days. The Galaxy S II is then added to the package for $420.
The $735 option includes Red Bull MOBILE’s Access 365 package worth, you guessed it, $365. This includes unlimited calls and texts every day for 365 days, as well as 5GB of data to use each month for the year. The Galaxy S II is then added to the package for $370.
We’ve previously reviewed Red Bull MOBILE, so you can take a read of that before you jump in.
