Google has announced the dates for their next developer conference, the event will run from the 15th to the 17th of May and will again be hosted at Moscone Center West in San Francisco. Registrations will open in February and pricing will be announced presumably closer to that time.

The event, which was held in June this year saw the release of Jelly Bean and some new hardware with the Nexus 7 and Nexus Q and who can forget the memorable Google Glass demonstration, so we can probably expect some Key Lime Pie action as well as a refresh of the Nexus 7 and perhaps a GoogleTV/Nexus Q merge.

For all information you can follow the Google Developers page on Google+ or follow them on Twitter and of course you can relive all the action from this years event at google.com/io.

My yearly plea to Google Australia – ‘All My Bags are packed, I`m ready to go….’ just let me know when and I’ll be at the airport.

🙂 Go for it Dan.
I feel like Ausdroid needs to hop up another rung. You’ve gotten a bit of attention from some of the carriers and from folks like Samsung this year. I’d love to see you guys go further.

I’d actually prefer if they held off on Key Lime Pie for the i/o conference and released KLP with a new Nexus phone and tablet in late 2013.

Hopefully the Nexus phone release won’t be as terrible as this years one was. What a disaster.

Chris

There is a T in event.
