In the midst of the ISPOne chaos last week, it surfaced that MVNO Savvytel was also suffering some difficulties, finding themselves unable to supply customers with recharges. But now they’re advising that everything is looking much better, according to a post on their website.

Regular Ausdroid reader Kungfutigerr, has pointed us towards the Savvytel homepage which now displays a banner which seems to have been placed on the site just over 2 days ago, apologising to customers for any issues they had recharging or purchasing items from the company:

In case you are wondering, Savvytel do utilise the Optus 3G network, rather than the Telstra network that was being sold wholesale through ISPOne.

With changes to two major MVNOs happening in quick succession, it’s good to see a third is back in action. You can find further information about Savvtel plans(both pre-paid and post-paid) on the Savvytel website.

Are you one of the Savvytel customer who experienced issues?
