Well, that didn’t take long. Koush’s ROM Manager app, which was pulled from the Play Store a couple of days ago for breaches of Google’s Play Developer Program Policies, has now been reinstated.
We can’t immediately confirm if the offending part of the app — the in-app purchase facilitated by PayPal — has been removed, because the Play Store is showing our currently installed version is up to date, but it seems likely that if this hasn’t been fixed yet, it will be soon. As we reported on Friday, Koush still has two weeks left (or just under that now) to bring ROM Manager into compliance with the in-app billing policies.
If you’ve missed ROM Manager, it’s back!
I was excited by this app, but then found out that if your phone is no longer supported by Cyanogen, this app is is no help to you. Where’s the love for the Incredible S?
Also the big feature is automatically getting updates, but you need to buy the app to use. There’s no way to tell if it’s available/useful/works with the free version.
