We last saw the Find 7 when a render made its way onto the website of the Red Dot Design Awards giving us our first un-official look at the new hero phone for Chinese Phone company Oppo, which is due to be announced this Wednesday/Thursday in China.
The leaked render showed the phone off in Black, but this time the phone has shown up on Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo, where Weibo user Blovesky showed the phone lying on what appears to be some lovely satin sheets :
As Phandroid points out, you can see there is a distinct lack of on-screen soft keys, indicating that Oppo has opted for capacative buttons on the Find 7. The rear shows off the Camera, Dual-LED Flash and speaker grill with a 3.5mm Headphone jack just visible at the top of the phone. Finally, a power button can be seen on the right hand side of the phone.
We do get a look at the screen which Oppo has advised will be available in a choice of two resolutions – one a 2K QHD(2560×1440) Display and the other a more battery friendly FullHD (1920×1080) display, which will obviously be cheaper as well.
There’s not much more to see other than a look at the software, which doesn’t indicate a huge amount but we’ll definitely hear more about it when the phone launches. Oppo recently tweeted a link to the Oppo Find 7 product page which is presumably where the launch will be streamed. There’s currently a countdown timer on the site which is counting down to the launch which seems to be set for 5:30PM(AEDT) this Wednesday.
