Android-L

If you’re running the Android L Developer Preview on your Nexus 5 or Nexus 7, you’ve probably noticed a bug or two. Turns out, Google has a public bug tracker to help resolve these issues.

Head on over to the Google Code site for the Developer Preview and you’ll be able to access a list of reported issues as well as a few suggestions from users.

Our favourites so far are a request to show a cast icon in the status bar when casting something, a request for better Quick Settings (I think we all want that), and a request for an NFC unlock capability.

It’s a bit dry if you’re not a developer or don’t understand some of the inner workings of your Android device, but it’s also a good opportunity to let Google’s developers know if you’ve noticed a bug in the preview that others may not have seen, or have a great idea for a feature.

Have you found bugs in the Android L Developer Preview? Let Google know! … but you can also tell us in the comments.
