Google have announced today that it’s new email management application Inbox is now available in a few more places. Perhaps lamenting the early release of the product, the Google team responsible note that it’s sometimes hard to know when to release a new product, because there’s always a few extra things they want to get in before putting it out there.
Today, they release a few of those extra things. First up, if you’re a tablet user, Inbox is now available to you, both on Android tablets and on iPads. The tablet layouts are shown above.
In addition, using Inbox through a web browser just became a little easier, with official support added for both Firefox and Safari.
If you aren’t yet an Inbox user, you can still request invites from [email protected] and they’ll reply when more invites are available. It should be noted, though, that if you’re a Google Apps user (i.e. with a custom email domain), Inbox doesn’t yet support you.
