A few days ago we learned of Twitter’s revamp of the “quote tweet” interface by embedding the original tweet and leaving users with more space to comment. Following the feature’s rollout on Twitter’s web UI and iOS clients, Twitter’s official Android App received the update enabling the feature overnight and it fits the bill very nicely.
The changelog only mentions the ‘quote tweet’ changes, but I’ve also noticed a few improvements in app performance and responsiveness, so there might be a few little bug fixes in there too.
