The impending launch of the LG V30 at IFA this month is about to be a little over-shadowed by the likely slightly more powerful LG V30+.

Evan Blass has shared a picture of the logo for the LG V30+ which shows the same logo we expect for the LG V30 with the minor addition of the + sign which has a similar design to the V with a cut off on one side:

LG released a Plus version of their G6 back in June – a mere three months after they launched the initial phone. The G6 Plus came with a few improvements including slightly more memory and storage as well as a Quad DAC. There were also more colour variants announced as well.

When we’ll see the LG V30 Plus isn’t clear, but we’ll be definitely seeing the LG V30 on the 31st of August with the announcement being streamed on LG’s Facebook and YouTube pages from 5PM AEST.

I’d hate to know what the Oz cost version of this “+” version will be. I will already need a bank loan for the standard version 🙁
