There’s a number of big name handsets still to be announced in the coming weeks, with Huawei’s Mate 10 a big source of interest. The phone has been leaked thanks to Evan Blass, who’s shown of a pic of the phone in the wild.
The pic doesn’t give much away with only the front shown off, though it does show it quite clearly – no Mr Blurry Cam here.
As you can see, the phone has fairly small bezels on the side, and minimal bezels on the top and bottom. The phone will have a volume rocker and power button on the right hand side, with a SIM/MicroSD Card slot presumably on the right. The phone has a front-facing fingerprint scanner on the bottom but on-screen buttons.

Software wise, the phone looks very similar to previous handsets, although the rumour is that the Mate 10 will launch with Android 8.0 (Oreo) with EMUI 6.0 overlaid. This could be our first look at that new EMUI build.
The internals of the phone will include the recently announced Kirin 970 SoC, a 64-bit Octa-Core processor that was introduced at IFA that includes a Neural Networking processor that will power Huawei’s Artificial Intelligence aspirations. The phone is also expected to have 6GB of RAM, a dual-camera setup on the rear with Leica branded lenses and come with a large 6″ screen.
The phone will be unveiled in Munich on October 16th, so we don’t have long to wait until we see all the details of the Mate 10, as well as the rumoured Mate 10 Pro and possibly even a Mate 10 lite.
