Your smartphone is probably not very clean considering you touch it all day, including during meal times.
If you’re considering a phone case that’s anti microbial there are several brands which sell them, note these are generally only available for the top two selling phone brands in Australia: Apple and Samsung.
If you want your phone case to be extra deep clean, whether it has an anti microbial coating or not, remove your case from your device and wash your case just like your hands. Submerge the case in soap and warm water for 20 seconds before patting it dry with a paper towel.
Note that antimicrobial product protection is not intended to control COVID and is not a substitute for cleaning your phone.

Otterbox sub-division Lifeproof offers several anti-microbial cases in their NËXT clear model for the Samsung Galaxy S21 series and iPhone 13 models. NËXT is made with at least 50% recycled plastic.
