The slow rollout of Android Wear 2.0 is frustrating users, but it will still be some time before owners of the Moto 360 gen 2 receive their update.
The update on availability has come from the Google run Android Wear Twitter account, who has confirmed the rollout will be in the next few weeks. Google has been in charge of the rollout, and has been staggering the Android Wear 2.0 update, targeting different watches for update as they go.
Hmm. Moto 360 Gen 1 will not receive Wear 2.0 but Moto 360 Gen 2 & Moto Sport will receive it in the next few weeks.

It’s expected that this update timeline will include both the Moto 360 gen 2 including the mens and ladies variants, as well as the Moto 360 Sport which was announced at the same time.
Though announced on February 9th, Android Wear 2.0 only began rolling out to users on March 30th, starting with the Fossil Q Founder, Casio Smart Outdoor Watch and Tag Heuer Connected, before rolling out to more watches after a brief halt of the rollout due to an as yet undefined ‘bug’.
We’ve still yet to see the update hit the Asus range of Android Wear watches, nor the Huawei Watch (or the ladies watch variants) and no real updates on those have come to light. If you own one, you can try reaching out to the Android Wear Twitter account, but we’re keeping our eye on the Google Support Forum post which seems to be keeping up pretty well.
