Google is the undisputed king of search on the web, but the search function in Google Play has been woeful, often returning some pretty terrible results. Google is working on ensuring you find some quality downloads in Google Play though, and is now offering an option to limit your search results to apps with a minimum 4-star rating.
The option to filter search results is only available on the web at this stage, with the new search filter now showing up as a drop-down menu option underneath the search box. As Android Police point out, there’s not many times when you actively go looking for apps with a less than 4 or 5 star rating, so this is a pretty good option. Now to see if the filter will come to the Android Google Play store.

Sounds too limiting, needs an “advanced search” and not only for apps but app comments.
Should be able to filter by apps I’ve never installed, have installed but currently don’t, installed apps, free/paid etc.
