Someone at Samsung better call a plumber, because information about the Galaxy Note 8 just keeps leaking out. This time, it’s coming from Samsung’s own Exynos division’s official Twitter account.
In a tweet this morning promoting their Exynos 9 8895 processor – one of the SOCs expected to end up in the Note 8 – there is a very Note-8-looking device pictured. Compare this to the previously-leaked images of the Note 8 and you’ll see some striking similarities.

This is clearly a mock-up render though, unless Samsung is planning on releasing a phone without power and volume buttons.
Is Samsung just having some fun, or did someone at Exynos PR just make a massive foible? Is this a planned leak? Who can tell? The tweet is still online, so it seems that whatever the background Samsung is going to let it ride now.
With the Galaxy Note 8 reportedly scheduled to launch in New York on August 23, we may not have long until all is revealed. Despite its well-reported issues the Galaxy Note 7 was one of 2016’s best phones, so we’re expecting great things from its successor.

I’ve always liked the note series, i still have my bastardized note 2 kicking around that i give it a run every now and again , and despite having 3 later model phones including the S8+ , i still use my old note 4 a lot .
I just prefer the feel of the big flat slab more than all of my
