Looks like the T-Mobile pages were true – Google has just updated the Nexus Factory Images page with Android 4.4.3 (KTU84M) images for the Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 2012 (both WiFi and GSM), Nexus 7 2013(both WiFi and LTE) and the Nexus 10.
There’s still no word on OTA’s being captured as yet to update your device, but if you’re inclined to flash the factory Image, you can now do so. There’s no changelog as yet for Android 4.4.3, but we expect to see one before long.

Sadly, no updates as yet for 2013 Nexus 7 LTE 🙁
I just finished flashing it, no wipe. You can use the factory image to perform what is essentially the OTA update, by modifying the script file in the factory image. just delete the ‘-w’.
Just downloaded it and it already has the -w in place:
fastboot -w update image-hammerhead-ktu84m.zip
I honestly thought they wouldn’t bother til Google io at their current rate.
We can hope that this is a maintenance update and that IO will see the announcement of 5.
Releasing the final bug fixed 4.4 as a long term release for phones that wont be upgraded to 5.
Still doesn’t explain why it took so damn long to be released. 6 months is ridiculous.
