Google’s annual lottery for tickets to Google I/O closed last week, and lucky winners of the lottery are starting to receive their invitations in their inboxes now.
The invitations are for the general admission, which will cost developers $900USD – or $300USD if they’re a student – to attend Google’s 3-day developer conference. Invitations are only valid for 24 hours, so, go check your inbox right now before it runs out. If you need to, run a search for this text in your inbox:

We recently held our random selection of applications for Google I/O 2016. Unfortunately, your application wasn’t selected. We’ve added you to the waitlist and will let you know if we can assign you a ticket at a later date.
Google I/O will be held this year at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View California, literally a stones throw from the Googleplex from May 18th to 20th.
Google sends out invitations in waves, so if you don’t receive your invite in this first wave there’s still hope you’ll get a shot to pay for your ticket in the next round.
