Sonic the Hedgehog is 21 years old tomorrow, he first appeared June 23, 1991 on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis. To celebrate his birthday Sega are holding a sale offering up to 70% off their Sonic titles in the Google Play Store(Also iOS, XBLA and on PSN as well).

Sega advise that ‘These deals end on June 22nd!’ so make sure you Sonic fans get in early and grab a deal. Is it just me or are other people just not hugely excited by the Episode 2 ‘deal’? Sure you’ll save $2 but that’s still nearly $5 for the game, anyway for now I’ll grab Sonic CD and Sonic Episode 1 and leave Episode 2 for hopefully a better sale down the track. Ep 1 works on Galaxy Tab 10.1 but Ep 2 doesn’t :/
Tried to load Episode 2 THD on my Prime TF201 but says it is not compatible
Do any of those versions have bearable controls on Android? Pretty sure that I bought Sonic CD, though the controls drove me crazy.
