That wonderful utility PushBullet got an update today which is going to make sharing files and information a little easier for everyone.
The file and picture sharing side of PushBullet is now letting you select multiple files to send and as usual, there’s no loss in picture quality. The usual 25MB file size applies, but apart from that, it’s a much needed update for quickly transferring multiple files.
The app will also now let you push updates to your channel. Channels you own now show up under the ‘Following’ tab and if you select a channel you can send updates from there. Additionally, you can now select those channels from your share intents menu.
There’s additional functionality for KIK and Skype notifications on PC, as well as end-to-end encryption coming to their Firefox, Safari, and Opera extensions, but that’s about it for the Android side of things. The update should be rolling out to Android users now through Google Play.
Not sure about anyone else.. but I had lots of browser hijacking (ad-injection) cookies while using pushbullet.. since removal and a clean out I haven’t had the same problem.
Also it killed MMS delivery/retrieval in the stock Google Messenger app while installed after update to Marshmallow (may be fixed now?).
