Google has recently launched its updated and combined Google TV app for iOS users, which will enable users to utilise their iOS smartphone as a remote for their Google TV or Android TV device.
The updated app, which will replace the company’s previous Google Play Movies and TV software app into one centrally combined app on your iOS device, something that was launched for Android users back in March, with Google sending out emails about the combined merger between the apps and services.
This combined merger move also removed the Google Play Movies and TV section from the Google Play app.
